So, we decided we needed to blow off some steam to get ready for an even bigger year in 2017. The Synerion team took to the local axe throwing cage to have some fun. It was a great team building exercise. Everyone was new to axe throwing and have never tried anything like this before. It was a great time having everyone together learning a new skill and helping each other improve throughout the night.  "What better way to celebrate 2016's extraordinarily successful year then with an axe throwing contest?  A great day enjoyed with the very best Workforce Management professionals!" Paolo Gilfillan Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  Thanks to everyone on the Synerion Team!   [Blog](https://blog.synerion.com/topic/blog) ## Read On ### [Why Adding Time Tracking Software to Your Small Business is Essential Using time tracking software to track your employees time and attendance is essential, no matter...](https://blog.synerion.com/adding-time-tracking-small-business) ### [How to Prevent Time Theft In The Workplace Employee time theft is a major problem for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
